The printing industry encountered the embarrassment of talent shortage
"what is the most expensive thing in the 21st century? -- talent." A line in Feng Xiaogang's film tells a very common social problem that all walks of life lack talents suitable for their own development needs. The printing industry is no exception. Most of the bosses of state-owned enterprises come from skilled workers step by step, belonging to experienced factory directors. Some bosses are not very familiar with the emerging advanced technologies and concepts such as computers and management, and it is difficult to grasp them. Because they are confused and unfamiliar with new technologies and trends in the industry, they do not pay enough attention to the training of enterprise employees, and dare not boldly use young employees. They do not allocate the talent structure of the enterprise from the perspective of the needs of the industrial chain and the sustainable development of the enterprise, but simply emphasize the lack of some talents. Many small and medium-sized private enterprises are born out of the production mode of small workshops and are unwilling to invest in talent training. Therefore, the employment method of (1) tensile strength (maximum tensile stress) using only and no training is adopted, which greatly restricts the improvement of the overall quality of industry employees and forms a situation of lack of professionals. Compared with state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized private enterprises, the bosses of foreign-funded printing enterprises have advanced management concepts. Although some managers do not understand printing, they use their own advantages to lead the whole team to do very well in the printing industry. They pay attention to the recruitment, training and selection of "right" talents to adapt to the enterprise. The enterprise will also provide a more relaxed environment and more favorable treatment for talents, and the competitiveness brought by talents to the enterprise is also very strong. At present, many printing colleges and universities have the problem of inaccurate positioning of training students. There is no clear definition of what positions and enterprises students with different academic qualifications should adapt to, such as technical secondary schools, junior colleges, undergraduate and graduate students. Students' majors are not as solid as students of basic disciplines in comprehensive universities. Usually, when enterprises need employees of printing materials, they choose chemical engineering graduates from other colleges and universities; When printing equipment employees are needed, they choose mechanical design graduates from non printing colleges. In this way, a prominent problem arises: what kind of enterprises do graduates from printing colleges adapt to? Shen Haixiang, an expert who has worked in the printing industry for more than 30 years, believes that the training of teachers is more important than the training of students. Only when teachers' ability and research level are improved can they teach students with a higher level. He put forward several suggestions to the current printing colleges and Universities: first, we should improve the teaching staff, send them abroad to study and exchange, and understand the cutting-edge technology and information of the industry; Teachers or discipline leaders should shoulder the heavy responsibility of researching frontier topics and let theories interact with research projects. Secondly, the current textbooks should be adapted so that students can understand the cutting-edge technology of the current industry and keep up with the development of the times; Third, the school should advocate and practice a rigorous study style and atmosphere, and combine the teaching method of receiving people to fish, so that students can study voluntarily and independently; Fourth, pay attention to the development trend of technology. Schools and enterprises should exchange what they need. Enterprises provide ideas for running schools for talent training, and schools should go into enterprises to understand the trend of talent demand. For the whole social environment, what kind of talents the printing industry needs, the effective stroke of the tension machine should be at least 880mm to ensure the normal operation of the experiment, which comes from the national talent strategy. The implementation of talent strategy is not something that an enterprise can do. It requires the attention and efforts of the whole industry and even the whole society. Only when the overall prospect of the whole people is improved, can the professional skills and level of professionals in the color masterbatch industry that they produce be improved. For the printing industry, employees entering printing enterprises are encouraged to carry out retraining frequently, so that on-the-job employees can receive two-way training from theory to practice, and then from practice to theory, especially to strengthen the policy guidance and social environment of employee training for private enterprises
